Pi Pi (short for Piscine) is from the movie Life of Pi, where Pi used to live at a zoo with his family, tending for animals. But then he had to move to Canada by ship, and the ship sank from a bad storm. The only survivors were Pi himself and a large tiger named Richard Parker (the man who caught him named him Thirsty, but when Pi's family purchased Richard Parker for the zoo, the names of the man who caught the tiger and the tiger himself got switched. They laughed about it, and decided to keep the name.), who lived together on a little lifeboat for a very long time. In the roleplay, Pi is positive and always there to help.
