Succulents and Quote (Hong Kong)

Our first postcard from Asia came from Sam in Hong Kong. He sent a lovely card of succulent plants, and in the middle of the card was a pretty inspirational quote: "Walk softly, lest in your haste. You miss a thousand things of beauty." That's so true! Sam also sent a cool trinket - a casino chip - and said that his dream to go to a concert in Vienna would finally come true. That, of course, is awesome for him. It also proves that dreams come true!

Taiwanese Train Station (Taiwan)

We're not really sure where this train station is in Taiwan, but Meidz says there are many historic (and small) train stations throughout Taiwan. Perhaps this is a basic, animated representation of a typical train station in Taiwan? Thank you for the card, Meidz!

Nurhilal, a student majoring in English language teaching, sent us this colorful postcard of hearts on the beach (along with a pretty cool Alice in Wonderland stamp) Besides telling us a little bit about herself, she added, "Make the most of everything!"
