Sports as an important part of our life
A sport I an activity involving physical exertion and scill in which an individual or team comperes against another or other for entertainment. Engagin in sports can give a considerable amount of benefits for a our life. Even thought sports are necessary for a our life, the time that it allocated for sports are not enough. In a school,a sport meet is held annually. This mean for students who does not engage in any sport activity gets a chance to participate in an event once a year and normally, in a school,only 45 minutes are allocated for sports in the entire week.
In a school sometimes sports activities are not need because of the lack of infrstructure.Thai is playgrounds,courts for netball and basketball,etc.If the infrastructure facilities are improved, students may participate on sports activities more often. As above mentioned, sport activities give a considerable amount of benefits to students.A recent study has shown that engaging in sports can increase the blood flow and oxygen flow to the brain, Which will increase the brain capacity of students. Not only that, by engagin in sports, students can increase their discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, accountability and team work. Sports can develop the connections that bond people and it helps to reduce anxiety, helps to students to relax and sports can help students to deal with their failures and disappointment in life. For last, sports is about being fund, it can help students to perform better in school, relax more and worry lass,deal with setbacks,work better with other and increase your energy. |
