William Shakespeare

In this page I'd like to visit all my favourite cities in British Isles. But it will be very difficult because British Isles are so wonderful.

To begin I'd like to go to a very nice place in the South-Center I mean Stratford-upon-Avon. Stratford-upon-Avon is located in the Midlands in the county of Warwickshire. The city is nearby Birmingham (35 miles), Manchester (60 miles) and London(95 miles).
England's Historic Heartland covers an area of outstanding natural beauty and encompasses a wealth of attractions.

I'm interested because it is not also a beautiful place but the birthplace of William Shakespeare too.

Anne Hathaway was the wife of William Shakespeare. She is believed to have grown up in Shottery, a small village just to the west of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England.

Emily Jane Brontë was born in Thornton(1818)but she has lived in Haworth (Yorkshire) where she died in 1848. She was so young and she was so broad minded. Her novel stays my favourite one : Wuthering Heigts.
