It is a beautiful island in the indian ocean. It is called "The pearl of the indian ocean". The Capital of Sri Lanka is Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte.
Colombo is it business centre. Sri Lanka has population of more than twenty million people. The national bird of my country is the jungle fowl.
The national flower is water lily

The islands beach is beautiful. It has many ruins. It has dry zone. It has wet zone. They are Sinhalese,Tamils, Muslim and Burghers in my country. There are beautiful waterfalls, rivers and forests in my country. I love my country
