- Oreo Cheesecake -
Servings: 9 // Preparation Time: 15min
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE CRUST:
- 25 oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter
FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
- 8 ounces (1 cup) of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip or whipped cream.
- 10 Oreos, divided
DIRECTIONS:
1. Make the oreo crust:
Crush the 25 oreo cookies in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin (you can use a food processor too).
Stir the crushed cookies with the 5 tablespoons of butter until you get a dirt consistence.
Put the mix into your pie plate or cake mould and press the crumbs into the bottom and sides of it with your hands to make a layer.
Chill the crust for about 30 min.
2. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer until well blended.
3. Crush 8 of the oreo pieces with your hands and put them into the mix, add the cool whip to the mix too and stir until completely incorporated.
4. Spread the filling onto crust to make an even layer. Cover and refrigerate it for 3~4 hours or until firm.
5. Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with the 2 remaining oreos (You can crush them on top of the cheesecake) and whipped cream.

| - WATERMELON KRISPIE TREATS -
Servings: 16 - 18 slices
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE GREEN RING:
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini mashmallows
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- Green food coloring
FOR THE RED CENTER:
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- red food coloring
- Chocolate covered sunflower seeds, or mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare 2 cake pans by greasing them with butter or non-stick spray.
2. Make the green ring:
Add 4 cups rice krispies to a large bowl, set aside.
Melt 4 cups marshmallows and 3 tablespoons butter in a large bowl in the microwave about 2 minutes, or until very puffy.
Carefully remove from microwave, stir, and add in green coloring.
Pour green marshmallow mixture over the bowl of rice krispies. Stir mixture together, quickly, using a buttered spatula.
Working quickly, divide the mixture between the two prepared cake pans, and press along the sides of the pans, creating a ring about 1.5 inches tall and 1-1.5 inches wide/thick. Rub a bit of butter on your hands as necessary, to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands.
3. Make the red watermelon center:
Repeat as above, using the ingredients listed.
Press red mixture into the center of the two cake pans, press down and smoothign the top surface with a buttered spatula.
Add the chocolate covered seeds or chocolate chips.

- APPLE SNICKERS TRIFLE -
Servings: 10~15 // Preparation time: 10min
INGREDIENTS:
- 5-7 green apples
- 6 Snickers candy bars
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tub Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the instant pudding according to box directions. Place in refrigerator to set while you prep the other ingredients.
2. Wash, core, and chop apples into small bite-size pieces (you can toss the apples with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning).
3. Chop Snickers bars into small chunks.
4. Layer the ingredients into a large trifle bowl. Begin with pudding, then cover with apples & Snickers. Repeat 1-2 more times. Then, top with a layer of Cool Whip and add some additional apple & candy pieces.

| - BROWNIE IN A MUG -
Servings: 1 // Preparation time: 1~3min
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup flour (50 g or 4 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup sugar (70 g or 4 tablespoons)
- 2 Tbsp (13 g) cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
- Pinch of salt
- Tiny pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water (60 ml or 4 tablespoons)
- 2 Tbsp canola oil or vegetable oil (NOT extra virgin olive oil, it's too strongly flavored)
- 1 to 2 drops vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and cinnamon in a microwave safe ceramic mug. Stir with a fork or spoon to mix well and break up any clumps.
2. Add the oil, water, and vanilla to the cup and stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
3. Place in microwave and heat on high for 1min 40sec. It depends on your microwave so keep adding 60sec if you feel that your brownie is not done, it should me moist, not dry.
4. Let it cool and garnish with anything you want, like ice cream or whipped cream.
