First of all my fav top cartoons would be "Foster home for imaginary pets", the old scooby doo where are you( not the new one), dragon ball and dragon ball z,Yu-Gi-Oh( the old one) , winx club,Teen Titans,rugratz, spongebob of course, and wild thorn berries :)
