- CHOCOLATE PB BANANA BREAKFAST -

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup almond milk (or more to thin as desired) (you can use whole milk too)
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender a process until well pureed. Serve immediately.

Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (150g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
- ¾ cup (180ml) nonfat or non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) butter extract
- Optional: Splenda or other sweetener, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order that they’re listed, and pulse until smooth. Serve and drink immediately.
