THIS IS MY PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS TO THE PEOPLE OF BELIZE AND ALL NATIONS .
I Have found it necessary for me to Declare Myself President of the World.This I have done because of the difficult Global Problems that the people of the World are going through. These are troublesome times.There is a lack of True Leadership of the nations .There is a World Emergency Situation. Nuclear War threathens Humanity with Extinction ¡ Terrorists has infiltrated the nations and taken Root in our societies. They commit Heinous Crimes at Will against their Innocent Victim's. And these Muslim Terrorists roams freely amongst citizens without the government Authorities Reprimanding them, and Prosecuting them for belonging to a Terrorists ORGANIZATION.These are not ordinary citizens they are Terrorists. They are scattered through out the nations but they are All ONE with their extremists ideologies of Cutting the Throats and Beheading All The People of nations who are not Muslims ! It's only a matter of time before they Kill other Victims. They deceptively pass themselves off as Religious to escape being prosecuted by the Law for being Terrorists. I Declare Islam a Terrorist and International Criminal Organization. I therefore Expose them as Terrorists and as Extremely Dangerous Criminals hiding behind the disguise of their False Religion. No one else should ever get Butchered by them. I Therefore Order Islam to be Rooted Out from amongst our Societies, and their Members to be Reprimanded and Prosecuted for being Members of a Terrorists Organization. Any AUTHORITY in any nation who Protects Muslims are Guilty as Accomplices to the heinous Crimes they have been committing around the Globe, and are thus Criminals themselves, and they also must be Reprimanded and Prosecuted , regardless of the office they hold !

In the case of Declaraing myself " World President" this I have done Due To The Overall Dis-satisfaction and Common State of No Confidence that People today has in our Leaders and governments. The People of The World are entitled for me as a True Leader to emmerge from amongst them and take control of the reins of leadership and to lead them out of their Hardships back onto the right track For the Advancement and Security and Continuity of all Mankind. The Present World Government's maintain the People in a death Grip of Crime, Fear, Violence, High Cost of Living , Poverty, Constant Social Mental Trauma, Oppression,and Extreme Hardships, without reprieve, and untill the day they die !
As World President it is my Decree that The hardships of the poor people must now come to an end ¡ The misguided Leaders and their Failing Global Systems has forced people off the right track into a World of unnecessary Wars. Many misled soldiers, innocent children and people has lost their lives unjustly and pr-maturely by the abusive manipulation of their Heads of Governments. I have judged and found these in-compassionate leaders to be guilty of causing extreme human sufferings and invoking cruel crimes against humanity.I Authorize the People to Remove and Replace any Leader who has Violated their Best Interest and Well Being.
There are devious leaders who have been turning nations and people against each other and have destroyed the peace of mind, security and happiness of people everywhere on the planet.This under my Rulership must now come to an immediate end.
You the People of the World deserve far better than the Dangerous Conditions and Hardships that your go ernments has you living in today. Not even an animal Should have to Bear what the govs has us Bearing today.
The Homeless Ones has lost their Spirits. For people to have to continue being victims of this type of destructive government leadership is completely un-acceptable .
I will not tolerate it ¡ My voice speaks out especially for the marginalized people of the World who are subjected to or are endangered by this abusiveness. Either now or in the future . You can rest assured when I say to you that my “ New Leadership as President of the World “ will bring all of you : Freedom from Enforced Ideologies of Hatreds and Conflicts and Invasions , A better life ,Happiness, and a Secure Future for Everyone.
It is for the Benefit and Best Interest of You , The People of the World “ that I have found it fitting and necessary to appoint myself as “ The President Of The World. I Will Fight to come to your rescue and free you from your hardship. I have heard and will answer your cries for a better Life and a better World to Live in. With my leadership as “ President of the World “ and with Authority above and over all other Presidents and Nations I will give all of you that better life you long and strive so hard to attain.
My intervention in your leadership and the services I provide will put a stop to the opression you endure . O will terminate all these unnecessary wars and encourage good will amongst all people. I will stop the globe from Continuing to spiral out of control and will reverse the general fallout of trust and confidence amongst mankind and provide you with Peace and Tranquility.
People will breath freely once more . You will discover Happiness and learn what it is like to live in unity and Love .

It is By reasons of this “ Existing State Of Emergency That Threathens All Of Us With Extinction “ (by Ineveitable Future Upcoming Catastropies,by Asteroids from outer space colliding with our earth to destroy us all ) that I have declared this “State of Global Emergency For Mankind ¡ “ and the Right to Empower my self with “ the Authority as President of The World “ to Rule over the Nations and lead mankind with the purpose of Uniting and Preparing all People of the World to ESCAPE from THIS UPCOMMING DISASTER; Before it is too Late¡
My concern is that people do not realize how serious this threat really is. People will not be able to escape Asteroid collision and prevent their annihilation.
My World Reforms are a must! WE THE PEOPLE MUST HAVE NEW ELEVATED HUMAN RIGHTS STANDARDS OF FREEDOM FROM ALL SORTS OF OPPRESSIONS AND WARS TO ACHIEVE INTERNATIONAL UNITY AND THE COOPERATED EFFORTS OF THE WHOLE WORLD FOR US TO BE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER AND TO DEDICATE OUR JOINT EFFORTS AND TALENTS AND TO SET THE IMPORTANT GOAL OF SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISHING MANKINDS EXODUS TO OUTER SPACE TO SAVE OUR SPECIES FROM EXTINCTION.
If we do not CHANGE THE SYSTEMS and Unite "NOW", and Work together to Secure MANKIND'S CONTINUITY", then in the meantime that we remain so foolishly distracted with fighting each other and are motivated by our personal hatred ,enviousness and greed to invade, kill, rob and plunder the wealth of others we are only WASTING the precious TIME and RESOURCES that could be imminently critical and necessary in the future for us to be able to succeed in saving our selves from extermination by any unstoppable future collissions or otherwise unexpected disasters out of our control striking us "out" from outer space.
THOSE WHO DISREGARDS,DENIES,OR CHOOSE TO BLOCK MY AUTHORITY AND PROGRAMS, HE OR SHE IS AN ENEMY TO ALL MANKIND AND A THREATH TO OUR CONTINUITY AND OUR ABILITY TO OVERCOME THIS DANGER OF EXTINCTION THAT FACES US AND OUR CHILDREN .
To these type of persons especially if they be in position of authority, I Order the people to Disregard your authority. Otherwise - We may loose our only chance of saving ousrselves.
A Creative mind is an asset for the benefit of mankind and should not get taken out by a bullet of war !!
Sometimes it is those whom you see as inferiors or enemies who may have the good fortune of comming up with a Golden Breakthrough Discovery for the benefit of Mankind for us to be able to connect it up with other Discoveries from others in other parts of the World,to create Technology that can propel us to the Stars to save our species.
As the "PRESIDENT Of The WORLD" it is my duty and resposibility to bring these points to your attention. And to let you all become aware of the importance of MY CONCEPT for the future and continuity of man that I am trying to show you all. It is also my misión to end all hostilities amongst mankind and to bring us together in the face of this common danger we are facing right now as a species in danger of extinction.
No Scientist on earth can forcast how much time we have left before the destruction of the earth will come about. Neither can they forcast how long it woulld take for us to be able to develope the Technology necessary to settle in outer space. What I can tell you is that while we remain divided and fighting each other it will never happen .
Now I know you all hate each others guts and would like to terminate each other off thinking that when that time of destruction comes around you wont be around any ways. But it is right here I want to ask you all to stop and think about your Children. Ask yourselves the question Do you love them ¿ And dont they deserve the right to Life ¿ and to Continuity ¿ If we Unite Now You can give that to them ¡ .And they deserve that right for life. Do you think that they want to be stuck on the earth without the opportunity you could have given them now by uniting and dedicating your efforts for them to avoid extinction and to travel to other planets before time runs out for them to be able to do so ?
And surely you are not all that naieve to belive this is something you can accomplish working in isolation on your own without the joint efforts and cooperation of every one in the World working together as a Team. Scientifically we are way too backward still for that to happen.The only way it can become posible is if we use our intelligence and work together for the common good of everyone.
This is a match of TIME against MAN waiting in the background to take him out of the Picture of Creation for good ¡ He is our common enemy. Up against us ¡! While we have the opportunity we must bond together now in unity and plan our strategy to stop him from bringing down his ax on our Children and wiping out all of mankind.
We must not let him win. We must not let him pull the plug on Humanity.If we use our intelligence and bond together now to defeat him we can win this battle for our children and their Continuity.
So let’s do it Guys ¡ This is the moment to put our differences aside and to come together to save our Children and Mankind from Extinction while we still have the Chance to do so!. We cannot put this off ANY ! The Time to act is Now ¡

All Nations MUST immediately end all Hostilities against each other.
No NATION will go to war against any other nation.
No Sanctons will be imposed against any other nation to cripple any people or
Country.
The United Nations I hereby ban from making any act of war or to invade any other nation.Any member of the United Nation who goes against this ruling will be removed as a member of the United Nation and another person of my approval will be appointed in his position to support the New United World Federation
The Nations of the World will now all Bond Together as One United World Federation dedicated to Developing Technology To Save Mankind.
NEW SCIENTIFC Institutes will be constructed around the World and Linked together for the pursuits of acquiring advanced Technological and Scientific Breakthroughs to facilítate the Exodus of Mankind to other planets.
New Educational Modern Technological Institues will be constructed to Empower our children with Advanced Modern Technological and Scientific Training to equip and Prepare them for Deep Space Exploration and Colonization as soon as possible.
I HEREBY Band any and all countries from holding any grievances against another country or it ‘s Leader.
The LEADING COUNTRIES will immediately and without any bias guide and teach and update others with the use of the latest technology and Developments and interact with each other by means of a Global Space Development Network to further develop Advance Sciences and Acquire Breakthroughs for the Benefit of making Mankinds Exodus a reality.
The Presidents and Rulers of all Nations and their government will fall under my rule and for this reason will prepare my offices to receive and acomódate my requests in their governments and provide other needs as my request may be.
They will accept my Reforms Proposals For World Unity and Cooperation and receive my instructions and requests as I may see fit to present to them.
Funds for me to operate must be deposited in the Banco Reformador from abroad and under my name for me to take care of all operactional expenses.
My Main Central Headquarters and "The Capital of The World" will Be " Belize", and my main offices will be housed in Belmopan.
BeliZe will have two Prime Ministres ,Myself as the main Prime Minister and the Present P.M who will fall under my Jurisdictions and will continue to function in his regular offices.
My objective is for all people and all nations to come together in peace and harmony with one another as one people and to work together as a team for us to be abe to become successfull at developing and acquiring The Scientific and Advanced Technological Breakthroughs needed within the “ Time Frame Necessary!! “ for us to travel to and to colonize other planets where our species will be able to continue to live and ensure the continuity of our kind in the Universe “Before!” the earth has been destroyed ¡.
Now for this to work I implore all of you “ The People Of The World ¡ to accept my Leadership as “ President of the World “ and to encourage and demand that your governments and Leaders of your countries do the same also to accept and respects my Rulership and Authority over them and over all other Nations as well in order for me to best serve your needs and succeed with this misión . I have to demand this Authorization, Support and Cooperation to Rule over them and for me to be able to make the Right Decisions , give Instructions and have the Cumpliance necessary to be able make the World a better place for you all and To Succeed with our Misión for Our Exodus To Outer Space and To Save Mankind From Extinction.
