The "Just Say No" diet---
morning - something like 1 piece of fruit or shredded wheat (1 piece) with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk but NO sugar and 1 or 2 glasses of water.
Afternoon - wholewheat sandwich with salad in it ( ham or tuna or chicken) with water or nothing but loads of water or fruit + water
night - wholewheat sandwich, baby potato's with tuna or baked beans with water or fruit
